Dead to the Law
The law of the Lord is perfect, right and pure, but cannot make man perfect because with his freedom to choose, he often chooses the opposite to Gods law. Romans 7 v4: You also have become dead to the law through the body of Christ that you may married to another to Him that was raised from the dead, that we might bear fruit to God.
